Tow Jet Towing has been operating out of Surrey, BC for five years. We built this company around a simple observation: most roadside calls in Metro Vancouver were being handled by dispatchers who didn’t know where their drivers were and operators who weren’t trained to the standard the job requires.
We started with a clear set of non-negotiables: WreckMaster certification for every operator, GPS tracking on every truck, flatbed transport for all passenger vehicles, and a dispatcher who picks up every call — at 2 PM and at 2 AM.

WreckMaster is the towing and recovery industry’s most recognized training program in North America. Operators earn certification by completing accredited coursework and practical assessments in vehicle recovery, load securement, rigging, and safe roadside operation.
Every Tow Jet Towing driver holds a current WreckMaster credential. This isn’t a background detail — it’s the difference between a driver who knows which tie-down points on your BMW’s frame are safe and one who guesses. Your vehicle is worth protecting.
We operate 10 trucks out of our Surrey base. Our passenger vehicle fleet is flatbed-only — no wheel-lift towing for cars, SUVs, or trucks. Wheel-lift is appropriate for specific recovery situations, not standard towing, and we equip accordingly.

Most towing companies dispatch by phone — a driver calls in from wherever they happen to be and the dispatcher estimates distance. We track our entire fleet on a real-time GPS console. When you call, the dispatcher sees every truck on a map of Metro Vancouver and assigns the closest one to your call.
This matters because it directly affects how fast we reach you. The closest truck isn’t always the one the dispatcher would guess — and in traffic, a few blocks of difference can mean 10–15 minutes. GPS dispatch closes that gap.
Surrey has one of the largest Punjabi-speaking communities in Canada. Our dispatch team includes bilingual operators. During a stressful roadside situation, being able to communicate clearly in your first language isn’t a luxury — it’s practical safety.
