Your car needs a tow. Here’s what happens when you call Tow Jet Towing: a live dispatcher answers, gets your location and vehicle details, assigns the nearest GPS-tracked truck, and gives you a real ETA — not a window. Our WreckMaster-certified operators arrive with a flatbed, load your vehicle using proper tie-down technique, and deliver it to wherever you specify.
We operate 10 trucks out of Surrey across Metro Vancouver. Average response time is 30–45 minutes based on traffic, weather, and your location.

Five years of Metro Vancouver towing means we’ve seen the recurring breakdown spots. Here are the calls we handle most often:
Engine failure or overheating on King George Boulevard heading into Newton or City Centre
Transmission issues on Highway 1 near the 160th Street or 176th Street interchanges
Dead vehicle after an accident on the Pattullo Bridge approach or Scott Road
Non-starting vehicle in Guildford Town Centre or King’s Cross mall parkades
Collision recovery on 152nd Street and 64th Avenue or Highway 99 in South Surrey

We tow passenger vehicles on flatbeds. Always. Here’s why this matters:
Towing an AWD or 4WD vehicle with a wheel-lift (rear wheels rolling on the road) puts stress on the centre differential and transfer case that can cause thousands of dollars in drivetrain damage. Flatbed eliminates this risk entirely.
Most EV manufacturers — including Tesla, Hyundai, and Kia — explicitly specify flatbed transport in their owner’s manuals. Wheel-lift towing an electric vehicle can trigger regen braking damage and, in some cases, void warranty coverage on the battery system.
Wheel-lift tow trucks scrape low-profile front air dams and splitters during loading. Flatbed uses a hydraulic tilt-ramp that meets the vehicle at road level — no ground scraping, no bodywork damage.
Towing cost depends on the distance to your vehicle and distance to your destination. We provide a firm upfront quote before dispatching — no surprise fees added after the job. Call us for an immediate quote.
Yes, and we know how to do it correctly. We use flatbed transport only — Tesla’s owner manual and most other EV manufacturers specify this. We also know not to put the vehicle in tow mode without instruction from you or the dealership.
It matters a great deal. AWD vehicles cannot be safely towed with a wheel-lift — the non-lifted wheels spinning while the others are stationary can severely damage the centre differential. We use flatbed for every AWD tow.
Yes. You’re welcome to ride in the cab to your destination. Let the dispatcher know when you call so the driver is aware.
We handle parkade tows regularly. Tell us the level, the height clearance posted at the entrance, and the access point. Our drivers know which trucks fit which parkade configurations in Surrey and Metro Vancouver.
Yes. We tow to any shop, dealership, or private address you specify. We don’t have preferred shop arrangements that affect where we take your vehicle.
Let us know when you call. We carry absorbent material and will take appropriate precautions. If the leak is significant and there’s a fire risk, stay away from the vehicle and call 911 first, then us.
Yes. Our drivers do a walk-around before loading and note any pre-existing damage. This protects you from disputes and protects us from unfair claims. We take this seriously.
We give you a firm quote before dispatch. The price doesn’t change because of traffic, time on scene, or any other variable that wasn’t disclosed upfront. If something changes the scope mid-job, we tell you before proceeding.
